100% Chardonnay from Burgundy and Champagne clones, Creamy and refined with a tiny perlage and delicate mineral hints. Soft pressing of entire clusters with the first fermentation taking place in stainless steel tanks and aged French barriques (30%). Aged at least 36 months on the lees before disgorging.
