Aurelio Settimo Langhe Nebbiolo

100% Nebbiolo, grown from grapes on the younger vineyards facing south-east (the same area used to make Barolo DOCG). Undergoes a shorter maceration on the skins than Barolo, and is NOT matured in wood. Aged 36 months in concrete tanks. The tannins, therefore, are those found naturally in the Nebbiolo grape itself. Ready to drink, but can be aged for 8-10 years.
