Aurelio Settimo Barolo DOCG

Deep garnet red with orangey highlights. Showing on the nose are hints of wood and licorice, which are typical of traditional aged wines. Dry on the palate, with nicely balanced silky tannins. Aged for 12 months in concrete tanks, then 24 months in big French oak barrels (botti).  Depending on the vintage, around 7,000 bottles produced annually.
