Fattori Soave Motto Piane

Deep, intense yellow. This is not your ordinary Soave color. Why? For the Motto Piane, Fattori uses garganega grapes that have been dried for 40 days, yielding a very concentrated juice, giving it the more intense color. Peach and citrus fruits, with hints of dried fruits on the nose, which carry on to the palate. Comes with a 5 year aging potential.
